Terms of Service
Last updated Jan 1, 2026
Welcome to Apollo AI ("Apollo", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apollo platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by Apollo administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Tasks and rewards
- Apollo offers data-labeling tasks. Each task has a posted reward range; the actual amount paid is determined at submission time.
- Reward balances are a record of your in-platform earnings. They are not currency and have no value outside the Service until they are successfully withdrawn.
- Sloppy, automated, or fraudulent answers may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or both.
- Daily task limits apply and may change based on your account level or program participation.
4. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Apollo may decline a request if it suspects fraud, duplicate accounts, or a violation of these Terms.
- You may have at most one pending request at any time. The amount is held against your balance until the request is approved, paid, or rejected.
- Supported payout methods are listed in the withdrawal form and may change over time. You are responsible for any taxes owed on amounts you receive.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with tasks.
- Create or operate more than one account.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute task content or platform data.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users, third parties, or Apollo. On termination for cause, any pending or unwithdrawn balance may be forfeited.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of the amount paid out to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
