Privacy Policy

Last updated Jan 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo AI ("Apollo", "we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Apollo platform.

Information we collect

Account information

When an Apollo administrator creates your account, we store your email, name, phone number, and any profile data you choose to add.

Demographic information

You may choose to share demographic information (age range, gender, occupation, education, income range, country, state, city). This is optional and is used only to route relevant tasks to you. It is never shared with task clients in a way that identifies you.

Activity information

We record the tasks you complete or skip, the answers you submit, the rewards you earn, and your withdrawal activity. We also collect basic device and connection information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention.

Withdrawal information

When you request a payout, we store the destination details you provide (PayPal email, Venmo handle, Zelle handle, or bank routing and account numbers). This data is used solely to process your request.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To match you with tasks and to compute your rewards.
  • To process withdrawal requests and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to your support inquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers (payment processors, infrastructure, fraud prevention) acting under our instructions.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to a confidentiality agreement.

Data retention

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we may retain limited records (transaction history, audit logs) as required for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes.

Your choices

  • You can update your profile and demographic data at any time.
  • You can request export or deletion of your account by contacting support. Outstanding balances cannot be paid out after deletion.
  • You can opt out of non-essential communications via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, restricted internal access). No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a breach affecting your account, contact us right away.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us so we can delete their data.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
